Dr Chee Yew Wen,
MBBS (Lond), GDFP Dermatology (S’pore)

Dr Chee Yew Wen is the founder and CEO of Wen and Weng Medical Group. He graduated from St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London School of medicine, University of London in 1997, and subsequently obtained his GDFP Dermatology from the National University of Singapore in 2001. Following his passion in aesthetic medicine (partly stemming from his own acne-prone skin), he has trained with many illustrious doctors from around the world, and is the pioneering batch to become a board certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Locally, Dr Chee is a familiar name in the aesthetic field having been featured in numerous publications for his expertise, importantly, he has been instrumental in the development of aesthetic medicine in Singapore. Being one of the first to use Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) on patients, he helped formulate the protocols used for Asian skin and acne. He also helped to introduce the unique technique of Radio Frequency extraction of comedones.

Apart from practicing general aesthetic medicine, his pet interests are in treating acne, pigmentation, Botox and facial sculpting. Dr Chee’s philosophy with regards to aesthetic medicine is to practice safe, scientifically sound medicine with minimal downtime. He adopts a holistic and balanced approach to life. In his spare time, he is an avid motorsports participant, golfer and dabbles in oil painting. Whenever possible, he also does regular medical mission work in Indonesia.

Dr Lee Tee Kit,
MB BCh BAO (Ireland)

Dr Lee is the Medical Director in charge of Family Medicine at Wen & Weng Medical Group.

He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (National University of Ireland) in 1997. Inspired by a family medicine lecturer during his posting, it has since been his greatest interest. Having an intimate knowledge of a patient and his or her family and providing continual medical care for them is a driving force for Dr Lee when it comes to giving his best for the patients at Wen & Weng Family Clinic.

Dr Toby Hui Seng Yin,
MBBS (S’pore), GDFM (S’pore)

Dr Toby Hui Seng Yin received his basic medical training having graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1996. With a keen interest in family medicine and public health care, Dr Toby belongs to the pioneer batch of postgraduates who obtained their General Diploma in Family Medicine, Singapore in 2002.

He is drawn towards aesthetic medicine as it combines both his interest in healing and creative art. A firm believer of “Prevention is better than cure” ; he stands by seeking treatment early than being in search for “elixirs” and “quick fixes”.

To him, beauty and wellness are interconnected and looking good equates to feeling good. It gives him great satisfaction to see his patients blossom under his care and be a friend with a listening ear rather than just a caregiver.

Dr Valerie Chia Ling Ling,
MBBS (S’pore)

Dr Valerie graduated from National University of Singapore in 2001 and holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM). She was then undergoing training in Anaesthesia when a thought dawned on her to explore more options...the  possibility of a discipline that would offer her both the patient rapport and fulfillment.

Aesthetic Medicine to her is "Love of Beauty is Taste. The creation of Beauty is Art". She enjoys her work because it allows her to make a person both beautiful from within (good health) and out (aesthetically pleasant).

Dr. Ow Chien Koon,
MB BCh BAO MA (Dublin), GDFP Dermatology (S’pore), GDFM (S’pore)

Dr Ow Chien Koon graduated from Trinity College, University of Dublin and subsequently obtained a Graduate Diploma in Family Practice Dermatology (Singapore), Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (Singapore) and a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM). Besides being trained as a family physician, she has a special interest in Dermatology and has worked for 2 years in the Dermatology department in a public health institution.

Dr Ow believes in the holistic management of health and aesthetics.

Dr Charlotte Kim Yung,
MBBS (S’pore), MMed (Family Medicine), MCFPS, Dip. F P Dermatology

Dr Yung has been in the medical field for more than 16 years. Although a family physician in practice, it was from her special interest in Dermatology that she developed her aesthetic practice.

Dr Yung has a forte for treating problems like acne, pigmentation and wrinkles as well as improving the look and feel of the skin through hair removal, skin tightening and skin rejuvenation procedures.

Dr Francis Tjang Tjung Fa,
MBBS (Australia), GDFM (S'pore), DFD (S'pore)

Dr Francis graduated from University of New South Wales, Australia and obtained Graduate Diploma in Family Physician (Singapore) and Diploma of Aesthetic Medicine form American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (USA).
Born an Indonesian, he studied and worked in Australia for several years before coming to Singapore. Dr Francis speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia and he has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology, liposculpturing with laser lipolysis (Smartlipo) and Gold Thread treatments for facial rejuvenation.
